Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Your plan starts automatically on day 10 using the payment method you entered. If you cancel before then, you won’t be charged, and we’ll remind you before the trial ends.
What counts as an AI system?
Anything that uses AI to produce an output your organization relies on: a model you built, a copilot, or an AI feature inside a vendor tool. Each gets its own record, risk classification, and audit trail.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, update your payment method, or cancel from billing settings in the app at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and nothing you’ve already entered is ever deleted.
What happens to my data if I go over a plan limit after downgrading?
Nothing is deleted. Existing records stay in place and stay editable; only creating new ones of that type is paused until you’re back under the limit or you upgrade.
Do you offer invoicing or a purchase order process?
